All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please note if it has been over 7 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tyre Strap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tyre Strap will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
